Off Ice Training-Puslinch Arena
Atom A will have their team photo taken followed by an off ice practice on Thursday October 6 5:15pm-6:45pm at the Puslinch outdoor arena.
The team photo will be taken at 5:15pm-5:30pm. Please wear your full uniform (red warm up suit).
Dryland training will follow from 5:30pm-5:45pm. Off ice practice focusing on positioning will begin at 5:45pm to 6:45pm.
Remember your water bottle, shorts, runners, helmet, gloves and stick.
