U15 Return to Play - Update
Hello Everyone,
I trust you are all safe and sound and getting the itch to get back to the rink.  I have some basic updates with more information to come.  Because we do not have our teams selected at this point, I will post information here and ask that anyone interested please sign up for the U15 AA team site updates and come here when looking for the latest information.

The GGHA has been given approval to start a graduated return of our players and have secured a few sessions to get them back on the ice.  This will be a slow process and likely to be frustrating at times.  Please be patient and respectful during all correspondence as this is quite unique and challenging for the Coaches and Board Members alike.

There are a few Core Skills sessions scheduled for the U15 group.  These are OWHA approved, prescribed practices designed to get the girls on the ice and getting the feel again for their feet and hands.  We are limited to the number of girls on the ice at any given time and there are strict protocol around the arrival to, use of and departure from the rink.  More details on this to follow, but I wanted to share the dates and times.  Invitation to these sessions will need to be controlled and we will reach out to specific players once we are ready to do so.

Dates and Times for U15:
Aug 19 - 4-5pm
Aug 26 - 6-7pm
Aug 27 - 6-8pm

There will be more updates and information in the days ahead, I just wanted to get the wheels turning with respect to the next few weeks.

PS / Tip:  With my own daughters returning to the ice over the last few weeks, I would highly recommend doing some equipment checks.  As you may have noticed in your own families, kids can grow a lot in 5 months.

Take care and we will see you at the rink.

Sincerely,

Coach Randy
