Payment Options
There are 3 payment options:
1. Register and pay immediately online (using credit or debit card, or PayPal funds).
2. Register and pay online later (you will receive a link in your email confirmation that you can click on and pay within 30 days).
3. Register and pay by cheque, and receive a $30 discount! Cheques must be mailed within 14 days of registering.
Spaces are limited, so register early! Payment is required to secure your spot.
Cancelled/ Withdrawn Registration
If a team withdraws and paid online (using credit or debit card, or PayPal funds) then there will be a $30 admin fee withheld from any refund, in addition to any other charges as stipulated in the OWHA Handbook. Refunds will be issued in the form of a cheque, within 3 weeks of confirmed receipt of written cancellation/ withdrawal (sent to
[email protected]).
Non-Sufficient Fund (NSF) Cheques
NSF cheques will be charged a $35 administration fee.
Replacement payment plus admin fee must be by either certified cheque (discounted fee + $35 admin fee) or credit card (full non-discounted fee + $35 admin fee).
