"I'd just like to be that female role model that Guelph girl goalies and goalies in general can look up to and say "I want to be like her one day"."

I grew up playing hockey in Guelph and eventually went on to play in the PWHL for the Rivulettes for 2 years.  I have been coaching goaltenders for the past 6 years and bring a teaching style that both motivates and challenges every player to help reach their full potential.

I work with goalies at every level and focus on all key aspects of the position which includes but is not limited to stance, positioning (square, angle and depth management), agility and athleticism, movement, tracking the puck, post-save recoveries, and more. For every goalie I work with, I craft a personalized development plan that begins with their current skill level and build on it, focusing on fundamental aspects like the three key elements of positioning and mastering proper save technique, including save selection, and rebound control. As I work with aspiring young goalies, I introduce them to the foundational skills. Conversely, with more experienced goalies, I delve into advanced techniques like dead-angle shots where we work on employing strategies such as RVH and VH, mastering overlap, other skills include but not limited to honing puck-playing skills, managing depth effectively, and refining edge control, ensuring a tailored progression that aligns with their unique needs and aspirations. When I am not helping out on the ice, I am pursuing my master’s degree at the University of Guelph!
