PLEASE NOTE:
This year we have 3 options for the Fundamental program:
Option 1: Sign up for both the Fall program (October to December) and the Winter program (January to March) and receive a discount off the Winter program.
Option 2: Sign up for the Fall program only (October to December).
Option 3: Sign up for the Winter program only (January to March).
Fundamentals:
Hockey Canada developed the Initiation Program to make children's first contact with hockey a safe and positive experience. It's a structured, learn-to-play hockey program designed to introduce beginners to the game's basic skills. Participants in the Fundamentals program are typically for 4-7 years old (as of Dec. 31st). This program runs one hour per week for approximately 20 sessions. Players receive a jersey and socks, plus a team and individual photo. Please note that this is not a learn-to-skate program, and participants should have basic skating ability. If you are looking for a learn-to-skate program we suggest contacting the Guelph Skating Club, The Zone Training Centre or the University of Guelph to learn about their programs. These programs tend to fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register early.
New Members who were NOT registered with the GGHA in the 2023-2024 season are required to submit one copy of proof of age document (i.e. birth certificate, passport).
FUNdamentals will be held on Saturdays at 12:00 pm

NSF Cheques:
Cheques returned due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $35.00 administration fee per NSF cheque. The replacement payment must be made by certified cheque, e-transfer or credit card within 7 days in order for the player to be allowed back on the ice.
