New Covid App for Screening
Submitted By AScott on Thursday, October 15, 2020
The GGHA has a new Covid-19 screening application, the SportsHeadz App. This application is being used by many hockey teams in the area with great success.

Donna Harrington has been working with our website team to integrate the app seamlessly with our GGHA teams and online scheduling system.

How do you use the Covid Screening app?

1. You will receive an email from the SportsHeadz App. Please make sure to check your junk/spam email folders.
2. Please follow the instructions in the email by clicking the link to create your new account.
3. Upon successful account creation, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Once signed in and to complete your screening, select the team you wish to complete a screening for. Simply click on the event to complete the screening.

Once you fill out the form by answering all of the questions, click on the Submit Screening button. You will be able to see your completed screenings once finished.

You will need to complete the screening form for yourself and your child before entering the arena for each practice they have.

Your trainer and/or team manager will be monitoring the statuses of the screening app.
Please be patient with the trainers/managers as we navigate this new screening application.

For a more detailed instruction on creating your account, you can visit this webpage from the SportsHeads App: App Login for Guardians (Parents)
