Sept. 17 Deadline for Registering for Local (House) League
Submitted By Sandra Pitts on Tuesday, September 14, 2021
Local League Registration is open, but space is limited so we encourage players to sign up as soon as possible us plan the season while following COVID protocols. Links are here for U9 and U11 pathways.
Players registering after Sept. 17th will be put on a wait list pending confirmation of space.

Our house league teams play in the Kitchener Girls Local League, which includes away games in Fergus, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and other local centres. All participants (players, coaches, parents/guardians) will have to follow the current COVID protocols of the OWHA, the GGHA, and those of competitors’ associations, including mandatory full vaccination. See 21-22 COVID Info & Tools.

All local league players will have access to pre-season skills sessions but must be registered at least 3 days in advance of the sessions so that you can be assigned to a specific time slot. See the website for your age group for the currently scheduled sessions. Note, due to changing protocols these sessions may be rescheduled. Check the calendar often!

Registration: closes September 17. After that you will be put on a wait list.

Teams will be formed in early October (after the skills sessions). You will be contacted by your coach (not likely until around Thanksgiving).

Scheduling for league play is set for Thanksgiving weekend.

Regular practices and games starting the following weekend (Oct. 15-17).
