Local League and FUNdamentals Photo Night - Friday Nov. 24th
GGHA Photo Night is
Friday, November 24th at Exhibition Arena for
U9 – U15 Local League and DS teams (U13DS and U15DS) plus our FUNdamentals
participants.
Team photos for U11DS and U18DS team photos are scheduled for
Monday, Dec. 4th.
Please see the schedule and plan to
arrive by your check-in time. Enter Exhibition Arena via the doors to the WEST
lobby of Exhibition Arena (doors closest to the baseball diamond).
Players are to wear their full
uniform EXCEPT for skates and helmets. Wear black shoes or boots, and bring
your stick and gloves. Team staff should wear Gryphon / GGHA gear, with black
pants and shoes.
All players will receive an 8”x10”
composite of their individual and team photo. If a player is unable to attend
the photo shoot on Nov. 24th then can attend the rep photo night on
Monday, Dec. 4th at 8pm (at the Gryphon Centre at UG), and will
receive the composite. If they miss both dates then they will get just
a team photo.
Additional products are available to
order. Order forms will be sent via email, and also available that night; see below for available packages. Orders and payment (by cash, e-transfer, cheque, debit or
credit card) are required on Nov. 24th. Plan to arrive a bit
earlier if you are ordering additional products. Orders will take 6-8 weeks to
process and additional time may be required for those ordering specialty items
such as trading cards or key chains.
Parents/ siblings will not be
permitted to go to the upstairs viewing area on this date for the safety of the
players and protection of the photographer’s equipment.
