Rep and U18LL Photo Night - Dec. 4th
GGHA Photo Night is
Monday, Dec. 4th at the Gryphon Centre
(UG arenas) for
U9 – U18 rep, U18
Local League, U11 and 18DS plus U9-15 Local League and FUNdamentals participants
who missed photos on Nov. 24.
Please see the schedule and plan to
arrive by your check-in time. Check in at the desk in the lobby.
Rep teams must check with their coach
to see if you’re wearing full uniform EXCEPT for skates and helmets, or your off-ice Gryphon gear. Wear black shoes
or boots, and bring your stick and gloves. Team staff should wear Gryphon /
GGHA gear, with black pants and shoes.
All players will receive an 8”x10”
composite of their individual and team photo. If a rep player knows they cannot
attend the photo shoot on Dec. 4th then can attend the HL photo night on
Friday, Nov. 24th at Exhibition at 7:30pm; they will receive the
composite. If they miss both dates then they will get just a team
photo.
Additional products are available to
order - see attached order form. Orders and payment (by cash, cheque,
e-transfer, debit or credit card) are required on Dec 4th. Plan
to arrive a bit earlier if you are ordering additional products. Orders will
take 6-8 weeks to process; additional time may be required for those ordering
specialty items such as trading cards or key chains.
Parents/ siblings will not be
permitted to go to the upstairs area on this date for the safety of the players
and protection of the photographer’s equipment.
