Hard Fought Silver for U15-1 at Jason Cripps Memorial Tournament
The GGHA Jr. Gryphons U15 team 1 has brought home the silver in a nail biter of a final performance at the Jason Cripps Memorial House League tournament

The Gryphons sat atop their division after the round robin, going 3-1 over the weekend heading into the semis against Woolwich on Sunday. The Gryphons showed great teamwork and determination and came out with a compelling 2-0 victory, setting the stage for the final against Waterloo on Monday.

The final game was exciting to say the least - with a dramatic finish:
Tied 1-1 at the end of regulation, the game headed into overtime. Nothing was solved there,
so it went to 3v3 for 2:00, 2v2 for 1:30, 1v1 for one minute, and then a shootout!

Even though the Gryphons fell short in the shootout, it’s clear they left it all on the ice.

Amazing effort—congratulations to the team for a great tournament!
