Team Approval Checklist
Please read carefully as there is some important information on how to get your rep roster approved. Each teams roster must be approved before you step on the ice at the start of the 2024-2025 Guelph Girls season.
Please Note:
All players on the team must register on Ramp and pay the initial payment before stepping on the ice at the start of the 2024-2025 Guelph Girls season.
Below, you'll find the positions that make up your team’s bench staff. For each position, there is a list of requirements that need to be fulfilled for approval by the OWHA.

FAQ's
Can a player go on the ice without paying the initial fee?
No, insurance is not covered for players until the first payment is received.
Can I ask parents to help out on the ice if they are not added to my roster?
No, all bench staff and on ice helpers MUST be registered on Ramp for to be covered by our insurance plan. If you would like to add staff to your team, please contact Donna.
How many team staff can I add to the roster?
For rep teams, 5 team staff members are included your team fees. If you want to add more, your team will be charged $60 per staff member.
For Local League teams, 3 team staff members are included your team fees.
Note: there is no charge for Den Moms.
I can't find a clinic to get the required qualification for my bench staff role, what should I do? Links to Ramp, clinics and how-to videos can be found by clicking here. Or contact Donna and she will be able to help you.
