U22 Blue, MID, 2019-2020 (Guelph Girls Hockey Association)

GGHA Intermediate Blue got off to a good start by scoring the first goal in the 1st period. It was a sweet shot by Olivia S. from a pass by Emily L. Woolwich answered back with a goal late in the first. Woolwich took the go ahead with 2 goals in the 2nd. Guelph made a valiant attempt at a comeback in the 3rd. Sam scored late in the 3rd from Melissa and Cass. With Keira pulled in the last minute and Woolwich playing without a goalie Guelph put great pressure on Woolwich but ran out of time. Hats off to Keira for another good performance in net.    

GGHA Intermediate Blue got off to a slow start against Grand River playing most of the first period in their own end. They turned it around in the second period controlling most of the play. Grand River scored a power play goal on a deflection in the third which was the only goal of the game. Keira was outstanding in net!  

GGHA Intermediate Blue scored back to back unassisted goals late in the 2nd period by Natalie H & Emily L. We made a great effort to come back in the 3rd with a sweet bar down shot by Olivia S. but unfortunately came up short 6-3. We'll get em next time.
