2025 Guelph Winter Classic Vendor Information
December 5 to December 7, 2025
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Guelph Winter Classic Tournament! This event brings together teams, families, and fans from across Ontario, creating a fantastic opportunity for vendors to showcase their products.
Tournament Highlights
- Hosting 85 teams from across Ontario
- Age divisions: U11 through Adult (40+)
- Over 2,000 attendees, including players, coaches, and parents
- Championship Finals held Sunday at West End Recreation Centre and the University of Guelph
Vendor Locations
Vendors will be set up in high-traffic areas at:
- West End Recreation Centre
- University of Guelph Arena
- Victoria Road Recreation Centre
Vendor Fees & Payment
- Cost: $50 per vendor
- Payment: Only submit payment after acceptance into the tournament
- E-Transfer: Send to [email protected]
- Please include your company name in the notes field
- Refund Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted
Application Requirements
When completing your application, please include:
- Table requirements (size/number of tables needed)
- Electrical requirements (if applicable)

- Willingness to donate an item for the tournament raffle table (optional)
Raffle Table Contribution
We will be running a tournament raffle table during the weekend. Each player receives a ballot entry. Vendors are encouraged to contribute an item—this is a great way to showcase your business and gain additional exposure!
Key Dates & Logistics
- Application Deadline: November 10, 2025
- Vendor Notification: Accepted vendors will be contacted by November 15, 2025
- Set-Up Times: Please indicate on the application the days and times you will be at the tournament
- Tables & Space: One 6’ table and 2 chairs will be provided per vendor space (additional space may be requested in your application)
