6 groups of 2 players with each group following the guidelines and times listed below:
-Wednesday October 8th & 22nd
-Wednesday November 5th, 12th & 19th
Organization of times for each of the above dates:
-Group 1 5:00 - 5:50
-Group 2 5:25 - 6:15
-Group 3 5:50 - 6:40
-Group 4 6:15 - 7:05
-Group 5 6:40 - 7:30
-Group 6 7:05 - 7:55
-Group 7 7:30 8:00 8:30 (3players)
Please only show up 10 minutes prior to your group treadmill start time. On Ice Skills and Drills Sessions players will require helmets, gloves and elbow pads along with their waist down equipment and just gloves, stic
