Winning The Mind Game - Player seminar

This session will be presented by Jadyn Calder (University of Guelph Varsity Women’s Hockey Assistant Captain) and Devon Plasket (University of Guelph downhill ski racer and coach). The presentation focuses on how mindset impacts performance and draws directly from Jadyn and Devon’s personal competitive experiences at a high-performance level.
The presentation is delivered in connection with the Sports Management program at the University of Guelph and has been developed under the review of Scott McRoberts, Athletic Director at the University of Guelph.
